Depending on candidates’ individual skills and schedule, new hires can be making up to $20/hour within 90 days of their start date.  

Scheduling:   

Multiple schedules are available (Please note all employees are required to work one weekend shift and schedule changes are done on no schedule changes are permitted for 90 days after hire). Weekend shifts are defined as Saturdays or Sundays for 1st or 2nd shifts and Friday or Saturday.  

Please note: All shifts that are available will be based on a 5 day schedule. We are no longer permitting 3 or 4 day schedules. 

Responsibilities:  

At Prosegur Monitoring, every agent is responsible for the following:  

     •   Watching our surveillance cameras with intense diligence  

     •   Providing top-notch customer service to all end-user clients  
     •   Following client-provided instructions  
     •   Answering incoming calls and dispatching emergency calls as necessary    
     •   Respond to inbound alarm signals  
 

Qualifications  

• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude with a professional demeanor  

• High school diploma  

• 18 years old or older  

• Strong customer service skills  

• Ability to type 25 words per minute  

• Ability to multi-task  

• Must be able to work nights and weekends  

• Must be able to work at our Lowell, MA facility  

• This is not a telecommuting (remote) position  

• Ability to pass pre-employment checks as needed

Starting Pay: $17 per hour  

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) $18 per hour  

Shift Differential of $2.00 per hours between 11pm-7am daily.
