About the Role

As a Roadside Battery Technician for AAA Oregon/Idaho, you'll operate a AAA-owned service truck throughout the Portland metro area, responding to roadside assistance requests from AAA members.

Your job is to provide exceptional service while helping members safely and efficiently resolve their roadside issues. Whether performing tire changes, fuel delivery, battery service, or minor mechanical repairs, you will be responsible for creating a safe environment for yourself, your teammates, and the members you serve.

Our focus is to keep members "On the Go" while ensuring every service call is completed thoroughly with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety.

AAA is a not-for-profit, service-based organization. Roadside assistance is one of the primary reasons members join and remain with AAA. As a roadside hero, you play a critical role in our success. Your sense of urgency, technical skills, commitment to safe work practices, and desire to help others build trust and create positive experiences for members every day.
