Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager at our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership to lead, motivate, and grow our sales team. We are looking for an energetic leader with a proven track record in both new and used vehicle operations and deep expertise in the CDJR brand ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee daily showroom and digital sales activities, manage vehicle inventory, and cultivate a high-performing sales culture. Your primary objective will be driving volume and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants to hit monthly volume and gross profit targets.
• Inventory Management: Oversee new and used vehicle inventory, including pricing, merchandising, and supervising the reconditioning process for trade-ins.
• Deal Structuring: Assist sales consultants in closing deals, structuring financing options, and maximizing finance and insurance (F&I) opportunities.
• CRM & Lead Management: Monitor dealership CRM workflows to maximize lead conversion rates and ensure robust customer follow-up.
• Market Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles based on local market trends and factory incentives.

Qualifications

• Automotive Management: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an automotive Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
• CDJR Brand Expertise: Strong background with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, including familiarity with factory incentives, ordering systems, and product knowledge.
• Sales Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in both new and used vehicle departments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with major automotive CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead) and inventory management tools (e.g., vAuto).
• Leadership Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a high level of accountability.
