The Opportunity Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to support two of our North Dallas apartment communities: Creekside at Pear Ridge and Gates de Provence. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping communities clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and guests. Schedule:

Monday–Tuesday: Creekside at Pear Ridge
Wednesday–Friday: Gates de Provence

What You'll Do

Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of both communities
Perform daily inspections of grounds and common areas
Pick up and remove trash and debris throughout the communities
Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
Perform pressure washing and other routine cleaning
Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
Help maintain strong curb appeal throughout both communities
Properly use and store equipment, tools, and materials
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Assist the maintenance teams with projects as needed
Provide professional and courteous service to residents and guests

What We're Looking For

1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or similar experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs and ladders
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Reliable transportation between both communities
Must live within approximately 20 minutes of ZIP code 75287
