 We are a well-established, Niles, OH based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients.  Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing and fire rated assemblies with facilities around the country.   


Job Title:          Maintenance Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Coordinate and oversee the activities of the skilled unit.  Maintain equipment, tools, and physical plant.    

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Supervise and direct the maintenance staff.
  2. Conduct daily visual inspections of equipment, tooling and physical plant. Recommend and supervise repairs. 
  3. Recommend to Plant Engineer changes in tooling and equipment to improve reliability, reduce cost, improve safety, and product quality.
  4. Prepares machine shop cost estimate for rolls, dies, etc.
  5. Maintains preventative maintenance and safety records for forklifts, cranes, etc.
