What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Prepare gourmet popcorn flavors according to recipes, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Accurately measure ingredients and monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products according to established weight, portion, and quality requirements.
• Fulfill retail, wholesale, online, and special event orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and completed orders for distribution.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized production, packaging, and fulfillment areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory tracking, ingredient management, and packaging supply organization.
• Support production goals, special projects, and community events as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production and packaging tasks.

Preferred

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, fulfillment, or food service.
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Variable schedule based on production needs
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a food production, warehouse, and fulfillment environment.
