🔥 What You'll Do

As our Lead Line Cook, you'll be a key player in creating the game-day atmosphere our guests love.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and support line cooks during service while maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Prepare and execute menu items including appetizers, burgers, entrées, specialty dishes, soups, sauces, and sides
• Ensure recipes and portion standards are followed to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Coordinate prep and production to keep service running efficiently during high-volume periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen that meets all health and safety regulations
• Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service
• Assist with inventory management, minimizing waste, and maintaining product quality

✅ What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of professional culinary experience
• Previous lead cook or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and quality standards
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for teamwork, leadership, and guest satisfaction
• ServSafe Certification preferred

💪 Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and work in a busy kitchen for extended periods
