Resident- Worship Arts

Ada Bible Church is seeking Worship Residents to join the worship ministry and be part of Ada Bible's Residency Program. Working closely with a Campus Worship Leader and campus staff, you will participate in worship leading, program planning and implementation, volunteer coordination and care, and professional development-all essential foundations for ministry in the local church ministry.

Through real-world ministry involvement, intentional leadership development, mentoring, and spiritual formation, Residents grow in clarity of calling, competency in ministry skills, and Christlike character—preparing them for faithful service to Jesus and His Church.

In addition to their worship-specific role, Worship Residents participate in Ada Bible Church's broader Residency Program, which provides weekly leadership development sessions, mentorship, and community with other ministry residents.
