• $1,500 at hire- will be included in the first paycheck following date of hire
• $2,500 after 6 months- will be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment

Your Role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist in our Lakeville location, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding periodontal care and supporting our surgical team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine traditional hygiene skills with the chance to participate directly in periodontal and implant procedures. Typical appointments are scheduled to allow adequate time for comprehensive periodontal treatment, patient education, and exceptional care.

You’ll collaborate with our periodontist, surgical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure every patient receives exceptional, personalized care from consultation through recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and diagnostic imaging.
• Provide preventive and therapeutic treatments, such as scaling and root planning, fluoride application, and oral hygiene instruction.
• Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and treatment options.
• Assist in preparing patients for periodontal and implant surgeries, including reviewing medical histories and explaining pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Opportunities are available for interested team members to expand their clinical skills through exposure to periodontal and implant procedures
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment following OSHA and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing in Minnesota
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
• Knowledge of periodontal therapy, preventive care, and oral surgery preparation
• Preferred: Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in periodontics, oral surgery, or specialty dental practice
