Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

Spend time with guests to determine vehicle needs and discuss vehicle options
Participate in vehicle test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features
Follow-up with prospective customers and return email, voicemails and texts
Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate leads
Support online customers by setting appointments
Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology to become auto sales expert

Job Requirements:

Prior experience working with guests and providing exceptional experience
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Basic computer, email and internet proficiency (digital and Internet savvy a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-up
Valid U.S. Driver's License
