Service Attendant/Greeter

Rochester Ford, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is looking for a full time drive attendant. The ideal candidate will be a great attitude, team mentality, understand the importance of attendance, positive social skills, and customer service orientated.  This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement.  Please apply online or in person at 4900 Hwy 52 N, Rochester, MN 55901.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide a friendly greeting to all guests entering the service drive
• Answer initial questions from the guest
• Introduce service guests to their assigned Service Advisor
• Ensure guests receive excellent care and attention during their visit
• Drive vehicles in and out of the service drive
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong listening and communication skills 
• Valid driver's license
• Team player
