Service Advisor

Rochester Ford, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is currently looking for a full-time service advisor for our fast-paced Rochester dealership. Automotive experience is a plus, however not needed. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience, self-motivation, customer care, and self motivation. Basic duties of the position include, but are not limited to; handling guest concerns, checking guests in and out, and being a liaison between the technicians and the guest. Training will be provided from the dealership as well as the manufacturer. A valid driver's license is required for the position. This position is a full-time, 40 hours/week or more opportunity, and comes with a complete benefits package to include vacation, 401(k) and vehicle purchase plans for employees and family.
