Sales Consultant

Join our Rochester Mazda Sales Team, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family. If you have a history of Successful Sales Experience and can consistently display a customer-first attitude, we'd love to talk! 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Spend time with guests to determine vehicle needs and discuss vehicle options 
• Participate in vehicle test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features 
• Follow-up with prospective customers and return email, voicemails and texts 
• Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate leads 
• Support online customers by setting appointments 
• Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology to become auto sales expert 

Job Requirements: 

• Prior experience working with guests and providing exceptional experience 
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships 
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency (digital and Internet savvy a plus) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-up 
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
