Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider - PRN

How You'll Contribute:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages and genders with acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Perform common urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, I&D) in a fast-pace setting, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Actively engage in patient care, including conducting health exams, obtaining accurate medical histories, and maintaining detailed progress notes
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up, supporting continuity of care
• Work closely with a collaborative care team to ensure high-quality care and smooth clinic operations

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Active North Carolina PA or FNP license
• Current BLS or ACLS and PALS certifications
• 1-2 years post-graduate experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical judgement, efficiency, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Valid NC driver’s license and robust computer skills
