Abbey Residential Services, Inc. has a rare opening for a Resident Services Coordinator at The Abbey at Energy Corridor, located at 1520 Enclave Parkway Houston’s Energy Corridor.

The Resident Services Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our residents. This position serves as a primary point of contact for resident questions, service needs, and day-to-day concerns while working closely with both the maintenance and office teams to help resolve issues promptly and professionally.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, service-focused, and comfortable working in a busy apartment community. In addition to resident services, this position will also assist with leasing, marketing, and other property operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of apartment leasing experience required

• High comfort level and skill in communicating and resolving resident issues

• Experience working at a busy apartment community is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

• RealPage OneSite experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work in a positive manner with residents, coworkers, and the maintenance team

• Strong follow-through, organization, and problem-solving skills

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leasing experience who enjoys working with residents and would like to expand their knowledge of overall property management operations.
