Responsibilities/Accountabilities
We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can:
- Orders and dispenses medications according to physician’s orders
- Carries out admissions and readmissions
- Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
- Directs and supervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
- Must be able to lift without restrictions
- Will also perform other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR certification
- Able to work weekends
Preferred:
- One year experience
- Exposure to the senior population
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
- Desire to serve and care for the senior population
