We’re looking for an experienced, licensed service plumber to handle residential and commercial service calls. If you can diagnose problems, explain solutions clearly, and complete dependable repairs, we’d like to meet you.

ServiceTitan experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems involving leaks, drains, water heaters, fixtures, pumps, and piping.
• Inspect plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Explain findings, pricing, and available options so customers can make informed decisions.
• Complete approved work safely and professionally, following applicable plumbing codes.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, job notes, and photos in ServiceTitan.
• Explain warranties, memberships, and financing options when appropriate.
• Collect payment according to company procedures and coordinate follow-up needs with the office.
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized.

What You’ll Bring

• At least three years of hands-on service plumbing experience.
• An active apprentice, journeyman or Master Plumber license
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to diagnose problems and complete service work independently.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to perform the physical duties of plumbing service work.

Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan and both residential and commercial plumbing.
