Commercial Remodeler

Palms Associates is hiring a Commercial Remodeler based out of Newport News, VA! (Occasional travel required.)

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment and commercial renovation projects
• Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, and general construction
• Estimate project timelines and manage daily work
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety
• Work independently while coordinating with onsite teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, and/or carpentry
• Hands-on experience with large-scale carpentry and renovation projects, such as rebuilding decks, fences, and other structural or exterior projects, as well as smaller-scale construction and renovation work
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, and proper building practices
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
