Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support

• Develop, launch, and maintain Spanish campaigns for franchisees across Meta and social channels.
• Translate and adapt English graphics and creative assets into Spanish while maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
• Update consumer and franchise websites with landing pages, forms, blogs, announcements, and other new content.
• Coordinate deployment of email and SMS campaigns using provided content and templates.
• Gather organic content from franchisees and organize a digital library for future posts.
• Maintain reporting templates, enter campaign data, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual recaps.
• Provide daily listening and response support for franchisees enrolled in the service, including Google and Facebook reviews and comments on paid and organic social posts.

Content Creation and Marketing Support

• Travel to corporate store locations to capture store culture and team moments, products and promotions, customer interactions and testimonials, community engagement, and shot-list needs provided by the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Edit and curate captured footage in-house into high-quality, on-brand content.
• Create and maintain the national and corporate content calendar using strategy from the Digital Marketing Manager and National Brand Manager.
• Capture and edit photos and short-form video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and internal marketing channels.
• Capture and edit long- and short-form video and photos for Franchise Development.
• Organize and maintain the marketing asset hub (Canto) with brand-compliant templates, logos, and marketing materials.
• Support video and photography projects by tagging, uploading, and updating campaign assets.
• Assist with internal communications, social posting, and event-day marketing needs.
• Attend local store events, national giveaways, and grand openings as needed.

Job Type: Full Time – Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Requirements

Content Marketing Specialist Work Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or social media management.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Photoshop, and Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Photography and short-form video skills with editing experience.

Knowledge and Competencies

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel locally and attend franchisee store events as needed; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
