Teamleader, Production Day

About the Role:

The Teamleader, Production Day plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This position is responsible for leading a team of production staff, managing workflow, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. The Teamleader will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and meet production targets within established timelines. They will also be instrumental in identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Ultimately, this role ensures that production goals are met while fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within production.
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems.
• Certification in safety management or production leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
