Description
Responsibility
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices (walls, sidewalk etc.), cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repair.
- Perform basic repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
- Detect and report the need of major maintenance repair.
- Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, lighting, or any other breakdowns.
- Respond to maintenance request in a timely and professional manner.
- Repair plumbing and electrical.
- Undertake lighting installation, replace ceiling tiles and carpeting as needed.
- Floor maintenance includes but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all areas.
- Pull trash and take it to large dumpsters
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
- Set up and tear down for events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Other Skills Required
- Strong character and Christian testimony.
- Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Experience
- Experience managing mid to large facilities.
- School or church facility management a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand or walk for 8-hour workday.
