As we continue expanding our portfolio and launching our newest division, Briad Travel Centers, we're developing a growing network of convenience stores, fueling stations, and quick-service restaurants throughout New York. Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

As our Project Manager, you'll take a hands-on leadership role in bringing multiple commercial construction projects from concept to completion.

You'll collaborate with our Construction & Development leadership, Operations teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure each project is completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to our standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own Your Projects: Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction and bidding through completion, turnover, and opening.

• Drive Results: Develop and manage budgets, schedules, milestones, and critical path activities to keep projects moving forward.

• Lead the Team: Partner with Project Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate work and maintain accountability.

• Manage the Details: Oversee bidding, proposals, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and essential project documentation.

• Keep Projects on Budget: Monitor financial performance, evaluate costs, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Solve Challenges: Anticipate potential obstacles, make informed decisions, and develop solutions that keep projects on track.

• Build Strong Partnerships: Develop productive relationships with contractors, vendors, municipal officials, and other project stakeholders.

• Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with estimating, design, construction, and operations teams to support seamless project execution and successful openings.

• Communicate with Leadership: Provide clear, timely updates on project progress, financial performance, schedules, and potential risks.

• Deliver Success: Oversee project closeout, ensure outstanding requirements are completed, and help bring new locations across the finish line.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We're looking for a construction professional who brings more than technical expertise. We want someone who leads with confidence, takes initiative, and approaches every project with a sense of ownership.

Our Ideal Candidate Brings:

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management.

• Proven success managing complex construction projects from planning through completion.

• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project management practices.

• The ability to successfully manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing timelines.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and hold partners accountable.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management platforms.

• Experience with software such as Procore, Timberline, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project.

Experience with ground-up commercial development, convenience stores, fueling stations, retail, or quick-service restaurant construction is a plus!
