QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Must be a strong, competent swimmer, and be able to demonstrate free style and backstroke.
- Must be able to maintain a positive demeanor and attitude towards students and staff.
- Must be at least 15 years of age.

This includes attending required training, reporting suspicious or inappropriate behaviors, and adhering to procedures that minimize risk.
