As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the trusted resource our customers rely on, helping them choose the right products, manage orders, and navigate projects with confidence.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions and provide expert guidance on our products and services
• Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs and project goals
• Prepare and coordinate product quotes
• Process and monitor orders from start to finish
• Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction

Requirements

What We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you:

• Enjoy helping customers and building strong relationships
• Have previous customer service, inside sales, or support experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Are comfortable working with multiple priorities at once
• Have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Are detail-oriented a nd highly organized
• Can quickly adapt to changing customer needs
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Work well independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
