Position Summary

Conterra Networks is seeking a Marketing Manager, Agency & Demand Generation to lead the execution of integrated B2B marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for our external marketing agency and is responsible for managing campaign execution across digital, content, email, events, sales support, and field marketing initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and executive leadership, this individual will help translate business priorities into measurable marketing programs that support growth objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead Agency & Vendor Relationships

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external marketing agencies and related vendors.
• Develop campaign briefs, project requirements, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Manage agency deliverables and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate agency performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Drive Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social media, events, webinars, and sales support channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate campaign activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Support targeted marketing initiatives aligned with market priorities, sales plays, customer segments, and growth objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.

Partner with Sales & Commercial Operations

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to support lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Improve alignment between marketing programs and sales execution.
• Assist with lead management processes, attribution reporting, and marketing effectiveness measurement.
• Support commercial initiatives through messaging, content, campaigns, and field engagement programs.

Manage Marketing Performance & Measurement

• Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Analyze marketing results and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Analytics and Commercial Operations teams to improve reporting and measurement capabilities.
• Utilize data and market feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Budget & Brand Stewardship

• Manage and track marketing budgets, forecasts, invoices, contracts, and vendor expenditures.
• Ensure marketing activities remain aligned with approved budgets and priorities.
• Coordinate website updates, content development, promotional materials, paid media, and event activities.
• Maintain brand consistency, messaging standards, and quality control across all marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a complex business environment.
• Experience managing external agencies, marketing vendors, or multiple service providers.
• Strong demand generation and campaign execution experience.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
• Experience working closely with sales organizations to support revenue growth.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and marketing ROI data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within telecommunications, fiber, technology, managed services, cybersecurity, SaaS, infrastructure, or related industries. 
• Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, campaign analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience supporting field sales organizations and regional marketing initiatives. 
• Knowledge of lead attribution, pipeline reporting, and revenue marketing concepts.
