MasterMold is looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our Mauston team!

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of Human Resources—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance. You will work directly with employees and leaders while partnering closely with the Corporate HR team to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position to effectively support and communicate with our workforce.

If you enjoy variety, solving problems, building relationships, developing employees, and being an HR resource that employees and leaders can rely on, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, with the potential for a higher starting salary based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Onboarding
Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment activities, and new-hire onboarding.

Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders. Assist with employee concerns, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, conflict resolution, attendance matters, and policy interpretation while promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Training & Development
Support and coordinate employee training programs, including new-hire training, job-specific training, refresher training, and ongoing employee development. Work closely with supervisors, leads, trainers, and employees to identify training needs and ensure required training is completed and documented.

Training Administration
Maintain accurate training records and documentation, monitor training completion, assist with training schedules, and follow up on outstanding training requirements. Help evaluate the effectiveness of training and identify opportunities to improve employee knowledge, performance, and consistency.

Employee Development
Partner with employees and leadership to identify development opportunities and support employees interested in expanding their skills or advancing within the organization.

Performance Management
Support the performance review process, including annual evaluations, performance discussions, goal setting, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.

Employment Law & Compliance
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other applicable employment requirements.

HR Policies & Procedures
Administer and consistently apply company policies and HR procedures while partnering with Corporate HR to ensure alignment across the organization.

HR Reporting & Analytics
Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and provide recommendations to HR and operational leadership.

Timekeeping & Payroll Support
Support timecard and payroll processes to help ensure accurate and timely pay for employees.

What We're Looking For

Why Join MasterMold?

This isn't an HR role where you'll spend your entire day behind a desk. You'll be an active partner to employees and leadership, spend time supporting employees on the production floor, help strengthen employee training and development, and have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the employee experience and day-to-day operations of the facility.

We offer:

If you're a bilingual HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working with people, developing employees, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
