The Front Desk Receptionist addresses the needs of visitors, teachers, students, and staff throughout the school day, serving the Middle School community by -

• Managing building access for parents, visitors, monitoring sign in/out procedures 
• Answering phones and communicating messages 
• Distributing mail
• Providing clinic support 
• Overseeing cleanliness and orderliness of front office area
• Managing Lost & Found
• Assisting office staff with clerical duties

Requirements

• Basic computer and technical skills; able to access and use online student data management system
• Experience with basic medical care is preferred; CPR-certified preferred
• Committed Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
