Weekend availability is required for all positions. Full time schedules are typically 4 10’s. Similar positions include Residential Support, Youth Care Worker, and Group Home Staff. 

To flourish in this role, you will: 

• Provide supervision and behavioral support to youth ages 4–14.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Support youth in developing coping and life skills.
• Document progress and incidents accurately using our electronic medical record system.
• Respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 19 years of age
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and manage up to 70 pounds as part of providing physical assistance and intervention when necessary
