The King and Prince Golf Club is seeking a motivated and collaborative Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our golf course maintenance team during an exciting period of transformation.

A full-scale renovation of the golf course began in March 2026 under the direction of Beau Welling Design. The course is scheduled to reopen in Fall 2026 as a private club. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the renovation and grow-in process while helping establish the agronomic standards, team culture, and course presentation that will define the club’s next chapter.

The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, the Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent provides daily leadership to the Grounds Crew and works closely with the Superintendent, Mechanic Crew, and Golf Operations team.

The successful candidate will help oversee the care and presentation of the golf course, practice facilities, and surrounding grounds. This role also supports agronomic planning, staffing, renovation activities, grow-in, and reopening preparations. The Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent must be prepared to assume responsibility for maintenance operations in the Superintendent’s absence.
