As a Safety Coordinator and part of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team, you will help lead and support safety initiatives, uphold compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
This is a full-time, second-shift position based in our Springfield, MO facility.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with employees and leadership to ensure safety procedures are consistently followed
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and industry safety regulations and standards
- Monitor and evaluate site safety programs using key performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement enhanced safety processes and protocols
