Sales Representative

Description

Great Roofing & Restoration is growing fast, and we’re looking for hungry, field-driven sales reps who want to make real money and grow into leadership.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the field daily, generating your own opportunities, inspecting roofs, and helping homeowners navigate insurance or retail replacements. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and willing to outwork the next person, this role has serious earning potential.

Requirements

• Generate business through referrals, networking, & strategic door knocking
• Inspect roofs and identify storm + retail opportunities
• Walk homeowners through the insurance or sales process
• Close deals and manage projects from start to finish
• Stay consistent, follow up, and build your pipeline

What We Are Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (D2D or roofing is a huge plus)
• Comfortable working in the field, on roofs, and in all conditions
• Strong communicator with grit, urgency, and a competitive edge
• Self-starter who wants control over their income

What You Get:

• Uncapped earning potential
• Hands-on training + ride-alongs with top performers
• Clear path into player-coach leadership roles
• Backing of a fast-growing, multi-market company

If you want a role where effort = income and growth, this is it.
