THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Restaurant Front of House Supervisor to help lead daily dining room operations and support our growing service team.

This hands-on leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, coaching team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient, professional, and attentive service.
• Monitor reservations, seating, service pacing, and dining room readiness.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and hospitality.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational responsibilities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach, and support front-of-house associates during daily service.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Provide constructive feedback and reinforce consistent service standards.

Food, Beverage & Service Excellence

• Develop strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and beverage selections.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and the overall guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Experienced servers with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in upscale dining, farm-to-table, or chef-driven restaurants is a plus.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
