   #1 Cochran is looking to add an experienced Commercial Vehicle Account executive to its sales team at our Natrona Heights Ford location!

The Commercial Vehicle Account Executive is responsible for driving commercial vehicle sales growth through proactive business development, customer relationship management, and territory expansion activities.

This field-based sales role focuses on identifying opportunities with businesses and organizations that utilize commercial vehicles in their daily operations. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers identify vehicle solutions that support their operational needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

•  Generate new commercial vehicle sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer outreach.
•  Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
•  Conduct customer meetings, needs assessments, vehicle demonstrations, and solution presentations.
•  Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through delivery.
•  Grow assigned territory through new customer acquisition, repeat business, and referrals.
•  Maintain an accurate pipeline, CRM records, and sales forecast.
•  Participate in weekly planning, accountability, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

•   Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•  Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
•  Confident working with business owners and decision-makers.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
•  Team player with a customer-first mindset.
•  Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•  Prior experience selling commercial vehicles or fleet solutions
•  Knowledge of upfitting processes and vendors
•  Existing relationships with local businesses or fleet customers a huge plus
