We need a Marketing Manager who builds the Brewtopia 7 Brew business across every market we serve — owning all marketing activity, driving NSO success, strengthening community engagement, and creating marketing systems that scale with growth.

This role brings the 7 Brew energy beyond the stand — combining flawless marketing execution, meaningful community connections, and high-growth marketing in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. YOUR MISSION

Own and execute Brewtopia’s marketing strategy and execution by:

• Ensure flawless execution of Brewtopia and 7 Brew driven marketing initiatives
• Create and implement the layered marketing calendar for Brewtopia
• Manage all Brewtopia marketing activity
• Drive the marketing components of New Stand Openings
• Strengthening community engagement and public relations
• Grow brand awareness and same-store sales
• Creating the systems that support long-term marketing scale

How Success Is Measured

The Marketing Manager is evaluated on measurable revenue impact, brand consistency, marketing execution quality, and marketing system scalability.

Success requires:

• Flawless execution of Brewtopia and 7 Brew brand driven marketing campaigns
• Ability to build and execute effective layered marketing calendars
• Flawless execution of the marketing components of New Store Openings
• Same-store sales growth supported by local marketing programs
• Brand consistency across all Brewtopia markets and media channels
• Marketing systems that scale with expansion

Flawless Execution of Brand Level and Local Marketing Campaigns

• Ensure all marketing campaigns, whether rolled out by 7 Brew corporate or by Brewtopia, are flawlessly executed from the support center through the stand level.
• Keep abreast of all initiatives launched by 7 Brew corporate, be the Brewtopia main point of contact with 7 Brew marketing. Translate 7 Brew marketing initiatives into the action plans needed to ensure execution throughout Brewtopia.
• Manage all action items, including vendors, media, 7 Brew corporate, cross functional business partners, to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly with no dropped balls or last-minute heroics.
• Track and report campaign performance, focusing on traffic and sales growth, ROI, guest engagement, and execution quality.

Build and Implement the Brewtopia Layered Marketing Calendar

• Develop and maintain layered marketing calendars for Brewtopia as a whole, Brewtopia markets, and Brewtopia individual stands.
• Devise and implement Marketing programs that drive traffic and sales growth for each stand. Focus on local grassroots marketing, community engagement, public relations and communications, and guerilla marketing and promotions.
• Diagnose problems at underperforming sales stands, develop and present recommendations to cross functional and operations leadership to address.
• Work cross-functionally with Brewtopia staff and operations teams to implement marketing calendar tactics.
• Ensure layered marketing calendars are able to scale as Brewtopia grows rapidly.

Manage Brewtopia Marketing Activity and Channels

• Manage all Brewtopia marketing media and communications activity, including social media, digital, text/email, print, billboards/signage, or any other channels the company chooses to utilize.
• Ensure all brand images and communications are brand appropriate, high quality, and up to date.
• Capture any opportunities to drive sales or brand awareness through marketing channels, particularly social media and digital.

Drive the Marketing Components of New Stand Openings (NSO)

• Partnering with the NSO team, be the leader and driver of all marketing and public relations activity that supports successful New Stand Openings.
• Ensure that NSO marketing and public relations is executed per the 7 Brew NSO Blueprint, every component in the Blueprint is to be utilized at Brewtopia.
• Drive engagement in the local community by ensuring all marketing and community engagement NSO tactics are executed flawlessly.

Function as the Marketing & Communications Generalist for Brewtopia

• Function as a generalist for Brewtopia in all areas that touch Marketing, Communications, Community Engagement, Brand Awareness, Communications, Public Relations, or other public-facing issues as they arise.
• As an individual contributor, be involved and aware of this broad basis of potential marketing and communications work. As a new company, the Marketing Manager’s role will be broad and general, and will certainly evolve as our company grows. This is a role for a generalist who is excited about all the possibilities our young high-growth company brings for a fast-paced and energetic individual.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, or franchise marketing
• Strong balance of strategic/creative thinking and hands-on execution
• Proven success in local store marketing and community-driven growth
• Data-driven and creative — you test, measure, and optimize
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Self-starting, collaborative, and disciplined
• Located in Metro Detroit Michigan
• Being able to travel as needed.
