Scheduling That Fits Your Life

• Opportunities may include single-day coverage, multiple-day assignments, weekly coverage, or longer temporary needs.
• Availability varies by practice, giving you the opportunity to pick up assignments that align with your schedule.

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive hygiene experience
• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services with attention to quality and patient comfort
• Perform scaling, root planing, fluoride applications, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice
• Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Identify periodontal and restorative concerns and communicate findings with the dentist
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and prepared for patient care
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and practice safety standards

What You’ll Bring

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Local anesthesia certification preferred
• 1+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to confidently adapt to different teams and practice environments
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused approach
