Pest Control Service Trainee

Description

Pest Management Professional (We Train)

We’re ready to train a few good people for a long-term career in professional pest management.

This is not a desk job and not a short-term gig. It’s hands-on, independent work that matters. Our Pest Control Department is looking for people who take pride in a job done right, enjoy working outdoors, and want to genuinely help others.

As a Pest Management Professional, you play an important role in protecting health, property, and the environment. You’ll work directly with customers, solve real-world problems, and continually build technical knowledge you can be proud of. We value service, quality, education, and transparency—and we’re looking for people who do too.

What You’ll Do

• Work independently to inspect properties and manage pest issues
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and recommendations
• Document work performed and materials used
• Apply training and critical thinking to solve new and evolving challenges
• Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates

What We’re Looking For

• The most successful people in this role tend to share the following qualities:
• Dependability and follow-through
• Attention to detail and pride in accurate work
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Cooperative, professional attitude with customers and coworkers
• Integrity and ethical judgment
• Service mindset and concern for others
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Flexibility with daily schedules and changing conditions
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Composure under pressure
