What if your career could give you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day?

At Misericordia, the QIDP – Behavior Supports does much more than coordinate services. In our CILA Behavior Support Homes, you provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of behavioral programming and therapeutic interventions for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have behavioral support needs. You build relationships, support personal goals, and help residents live safe, engaged, and fulfilling lives with as much independence as possible.

You will serve as a primary liaison and collaborator with BCBAs, Residential Supervisors, Behavior Support Specialists (BSSs), nursing, programming departments, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, person-centered behavioral support across all environments. You will promote individualized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based supports that enhance each resident's quality of life, safety, dignity, communication, independence, and meaningful engagement.

Experienced QIDPs are welcome. Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities, including individuals with behavioral support needs, is required.
