💥 Ready to Break Into Sales and Get After It?

If you’re competitive, driven, and ready to build something bigger than “just a job,” this is your shot.

We’re looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Account Representative who wants to learn the game, get in front of clients, and earn their way into a full Account Executive role.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be in the field, in meetings, and in the action, learning directly from top performers.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner side-by-side with a Senior Account Executive—your mentor and coach
• Join client meetings, site visits, and real deal conversations
• Attend networking events and build relationships that drive business
• Own follow-ups, outreach, and pipeline support to help close deals
• Track activity and manage accounts in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Prep sales materials, coordinate meetings, and keep deals moving
• Learn the full suite of U.S. Legal Support services and confidently speak to value

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Hustle + drive — you want to win and grow
• Coachability — you’re eager to learn and take feedback
• Confidence with people — you’re comfortable in client-facing situations
• Willingness to attend after-hours events and networking opportunities
• Strong organization + follow-through (you don’t drop the ball)
• Professional presence with clients and internal teams
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus

💡 Core Strengths That Win Here

• Relationship building & client engagement
• Persuasive communication
• Time management & ownership
• Initiative and accountability
• Goal-oriented mindset

📈 Why This Role is Different

• Clear path to Account Executive (this is a launchpad, not a dead-end role)
• Real mentorship—you’ll learn directly from experienced closers
• In-the-field exposure from day one
• Opportunity to build real client relationships and revenue impact early
• Fast-paced, team-driven culture that rewards effort and results

🎯 What’s In It for You

• Competitive compensation + performance-based growth
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• PTO + holidays
• 401(k) with company support
• Ongoing training and career development
