Job Summary:

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager for our commercial construction division. This is a leadership role with real P&L accountability — you will own project budgets, manage a layered team of Superintendents, Foremen, Leads, and Technicians, and be the primary point of contact for demanding clients including IT directors, facilities managers, and general and electrical contractors across commercial, healthcare, and higher education organizations.

You will be directly accountable for project outcomes — schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction — across multiple concurrent commercial projects in healthcare facilities, K–12 schools, higher education campuses, and corporate office environments.

If you’ve carried real budget responsibility, led blue collar field crews, and sat across the table from a facilities director or IT director and owned the conversation, this role is built for you.

Where This Role Fits at LINX

Technician → Lead Technician → Foreman → Superintendent → Project Manager → Senior Project Manager → Operations Manager

The Project Manager role sits above the full field leadership stack. You are not in the field running cable — you are managing the people who do. Your direct reports include Superintendents and Foremen who manage their own crews of Technicians. Keeping that layered team productive, accountable, and correctly deployed across multiple active projects simultaneously is the core operational challenge of this role.

LINX operates across the entire United States and our Salt Lake City project pipeline is active and growing. The PM we hire now has a clear path to Senior PM and Operations leadership as the market expands.

Our Salt Lake City operation is active across the Wasatch Front and expanding.
