Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care
⚠️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must have a full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months, a reliable personal vehicle, and a valid HHA or CNA certificate.
📍 Location: Worcester & Surrounding Areas
💰 Wage: $19.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
🕐 Schedule: Flexible Hours | Based on Availability
This position starts on a per diem (as-needed) basis, with the opportunity to gradually build your schedule as you pick up additional clients.
Join our team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and provide meaningful, one-on-one care to individuals in their homes while supporting their independence, well-being, and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Valid and current HHA or CNA certificate
- Full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months (permits and JOLs do not qualify)
- Personal reliable vehicle for traveling to individuals’ homes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass required background checks, physical exam, and TB screening
- Comfortable using a mobile device for documentation
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator
Don’t have an HHA/CNA certification? Other qualifying certifications are welcome and may be eligible for the following pay rates:
- Homemaker (HM): $18.00/hour
- Personal Care (PC): $18.00/hour
- Personal Care/Homemaker (PCHM): $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home ADL and personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and grocery shopping
- Monitor health needs, document services, and maintain a safe, supportive home environment
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve
