Registered Nurse (RN) Health Services Supervisor

Location: Brockton 1 Med Adult Day Center | Brockton, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Wage: $80,000–$85,000/year 💲 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Education & Qualifications
- Current and active Massachusetts RN license required
- 2+ years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- 2+ years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and clinical compliance
- Oversee health services for older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe, person-centered environment for participants and staff
