Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Who We Are

At The LEEAP Center, we do things differently...and purposefully.

We are Charlotte’s premier child and family therapy hub, offering interdisciplinary care under one roof through Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA, Psychological Services, Feeding & Swallowing, Bilingual Therapy, and Tele-therapy. We believe the best therapy happens when families feel truly seen, heard, and supported; and when clinicians collaborate to treat the whole child, not just the diagnosis.

Our team is made up of passionate professionals who lead with integrity, compassion, excellence, and genuine care. At The LEEAP Center, going Beyond Therapy means building real relationships, delivering exceptional care, and celebrating every milestone alongside the families we serve.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays and related needs in areas such as speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP who values clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, parent partnership, and meaningful impact.

Why Join The LEEAP Center

At The LEEAP Center, you are not just joining a clinic; you are joining a mission-driven community committed to going Beyond Therapy.
