Parts Department

Description

Rev Up Your Career at Gilleland Chevrolet! Are you the kind of person who knows their way around a toolbox, or maybe you just enjoy the satisfying "click" of a perfectly organized shelf? If you’ve got a pulse, a positive attitude, and a love for all things automotive, Gilleland Chevrolet wants to meet you! We are looking for a Parts Associate to join our team. We aren't just looking for a "cog in the machine"—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The Role: The Own Adventure We like to keep things flexible. Depending on where we have need and where you shine, this role will cover our parts counter and parts delivery:

• The Parts Runner/Picker: You’re the MVP of the warehouse. You’re quick on your feet, organized, and you ensure the right parts get to our technicians before they even know they need them.
• The Counterperson: You’re the face of the operation. You’ll help customers and techs find exactly what they need, translating "that clunking sound near the wheel" into actual part numbers.

What’s in it for You? Aside from working with the coolest crew in town and surrounded by beautiful Chevys, this is a Union Position (AFL-CIO 623). That means you get the peace of mind that comes with:

• Solid benefits
• Fair representation
• A clear path for your professional future

Are You the One? You don’t need to have every GM part number memorized (yet), but we’d love it if you:

• Show up with energy: We work hard, but we have a blast doing it.
• Are a Detail Detective: You notice the difference between a bolt and a screw at twenty paces.
• Are a Team Player: You’re ready to jump in where needed, whether that’s unloading a shipment or helping a teammate.
• Have a Driver’s License: You’ll need this to keep things moving!

Gilleland Chevrolet: Where Great Parts Meet Great People. Gilleland Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer. This position is subject to the terms and conditions of the AFL-CIO 623 collective bargaining agreement.
