This position supports our growing customer base by providing expert sales and service of Caterpillar construction parts and accessories. 🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Counter Sales Representative:

As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our parts operation, helping customers identify and order the right components to keep their machines running. Responsibilities include:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders
• Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines
• Work collaboratively across all areas of the Parts department, including the parts warehouse

📋 Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales role
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn construction parts quickly
• Strong computer skills
• Clear, professional communication across all channels
• Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated

✅ Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems
• Prior experience with industrial parts or heavy equipment
