Licensed Practical Nurse

Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

As an LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: 

• Possess a current LPN license 
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification 
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment 
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident 
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions 
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality 
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors 
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
