Overview

Turn 14 Distribution is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Clerk to support and optimize our shipping and logistics operations. This onsite role is based out of our Horsham, PA office and plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate international ocean and domestic ground shipments documentation.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and final delivery of inbound shipments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment statuses and transportation documentation.
• Manage escalated shipping claims and oversee claim appeals through resolution.
• Prepare and distribute routine transportation and performance reporting to internal stakeholders
• Manage updated projected delivery dates. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Experience handling and escalating freight claims strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Adaptable to changing priorities and workflows
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
