🚀 What You Will Do

Reporting directly to the AVP of Business Development, you will be a vital engine for our market growth. You will balance your time between hunting for new business and uncovering hidden potential within our current client base.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Drive New Business: Identify, research, and qualify fresh leads for janitorial, specialty, and maintenance services within your specified market.
• Own the Outreach: Execute strategic outbound campaigns, confidently navigating cold calls to identify key decision-makers and drive prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Win the Room: Secure in-person sales appointments and deliver compelling digital and live presentations to potential clients.
• Close and Grow: Assist in closing service contracts and specialty sales, while proactively spotting growth opportunities with our existing partners.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent The Budd Group at industry trade shows, local networking events, and community gatherings.
• Master the Process: Qualify incoming leads from digital campaigns and conferences, track your personal performance metrics, and maintain pristine prospective client records in our database.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in route sales, inside sales, outbound call centers, or other sales environments is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional written communication and strong public speaking abilities. You know how to tailor your message to your audience.
• Mindset: High resilience when handling objections, paired with a relentless, goal-oriented drive.
• Work Style: Highly organized and capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. You work just as well independently as you do collaborating with a team.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience utilizing CRM or marketing automation software (like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Pardot) is a major plus.
• Requirements: You must possess a valid Driver’s License.
