Senior Solutions Engineer

Please note that this position is fully on-site and is based in either Littleton, MA or Eagan, MN.

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE

Responsible for developing and managing complex projects across multiple locations. Thriving in a results-driven environment, this role collaborates closely with the sales team to develop winning technology strategies, design solutions, and promote our portfolio of services. Transitioning to a Specialist and Post-Sales focus, the Senior Solutions Engineer delivers technical presentations, provides support, and executes billable services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS

• Technical four-year degree, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

SUPERVISION

• Role does not require supervision of direct and indirect reports, however you may be responsible for delegating work on large projects to other project resources.
