Position Overview

Join the team at Mt. Hood Meadows, where your office comes with panoramic alpine views and your job is all about creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you’ll be at the heart of our mountain hospitality, providing friendly, efficient table service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re fueling up skiers for another run or creating a welcoming après-ski atmosphere, your service helps make every visit to the mountain a great one.

This is more than a seasonal serving job, it’s an opportunity to be part of a passionate, guest-focused team in one of Oregon’s iconic winter destinations. You’ll work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly, adapt to changing needs throughout the day, and provide a high level of hospitality to every guest, not just those seated in your assigned section. From busy lunch periods to outdoor deck service, no two shifts are quite the same.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating great guest experiences. This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year high-volume serving experience preferred    
• 21 years of age or older 
• Valid OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card  
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business 
• Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter operations 

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly +Tips
