What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the Register System: Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
- Managing Special Transactions: Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
- Opening and Closing Registers: Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Experience Required: Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- People Person: Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
- Proactive Engagement: Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
- Team Spirit: Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
- Must Be: 18 years or older to apply.
Physical Requirements
- Active Work: Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise.
- Mobility: Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lifting Ability: Comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds
Pay rate: $17/hr
